Best walk-in clinic in Woodbridge. I highly recommend Dr. Nava. She is such a great caring doctor and also very thorough. I wish she had her own practice as I would love to have her as my family doctor. In the past month, I have been going to her because of an infection I developed on a small mole removal procedure. The skin around the stitches and where the cut was, was red, sore and very sensitive to touch. When I saw her, she cleaned my wound gently, changed the dressing and gave me a prescription for antibiotics. She told me to keep coming back to have the dressing changed and that's what I have been doing. It's not the first time I see her. I have seen her for other issues and she has always been wonderful.

They arent answering the phone. I have been calling all day as they told us they would call back about getting my BF a covid test and so far I have heard nothing. I have called 3 or 4 times today to no avail.

Am been visiting this clinic for the pass year . Let me tell you the People works in this clinic are simply AMAZING !!! from front desk staff who’s answering the phone and booking the appointments to the doctors who try their very best to help me Each and every time . Much appreciated. Louay .

My brother used this walk-in after an accident playing hockey. There was something wrong with his shoulder but he didn’t think it was broken so he decided to go to the walk-in instead of the hospital. He went to the West Vaughan Medical Centre and saw a doctor who referred him for an X-ray. When he went for the X-ray, the clinic did not send the results back to the walk-in for 36 hours and the walk-in did nothing to follow up on the results. The doctor had no idea if it could have been broken and left my brother for more than 36 hours with no results. He tried to call several times with no response and finally had to go into the walk-in the next day to demand his results. It turned out his shoulder joint was dislocated after all and he had to go to the emergency room almost 48 hours after the initial injury because of the negligence of this clinic. Highly do not recommend.

I started coming to this walk in because of Dr.Prashi. I absolutly love her and am so comfortable with her. She is no longer my family doctor because I moved up north amd signed on with a new doc (big mistake) ..but once and a while I will travel down just to see her. .wish she was accepting patients instead of just walk ins, but I'll take it!!...she's worth the drive!! So polite and takes the time to explain everything to me. Thank you, worth more than you know!!
