I had to wait for over an hour, and they are not this honest !!!! I would not go there again.

Dr. Holme used to be with this practice and was the first experience we had with Advanced. Frankly, it was a positive one. So, when my son experienced another concussion, it was only natural to want to see him again - the only problem? He's no longer with Advanced. When we found the practice where he is currently practicing, we were told we would need to get a copy of his medical records from Advanced (as they would not provide them to the practice he's with now). My wife drove to Woodbury to retrieve his medical records and when the Impact Concussion Test Result from his baseline test was not in there, she asked the receptionist where it was. She was told by the receptionist they don't have those because they are \in a different system\ and they \wouldn't access them because Dr. Holme didn't leave on the best of terms.\ How can you sacrifice patient care because two doctors have differences? Could you be more ethically compromised or defunct? Malpractice? I believe HIPAA gives patients the right to complete and total access to their medical records! Consulting legal advice. I wouldn't take my dog here.

Consistently made me wait 30 minutes to an hour after my scheduled appointment time. Once you actually get in to a room expect to wait another 15-30 minutes before a doctor comes in. They also consistently mess up my insurance billing regardless of how many times I have been in. The doctor forgets he saw me 6 weeks ago and has to ask me to remind him about my case. At this point he states he needs to do more research about my condition and to reschedule 6 weeks later. 6 weeks later came by and it is was almost like he was reading a script with the exact same line about needing to do more research. I came there for medical treatment and received insufficient guesses at best.

Make sure to discuss pricing with them beforehand if you don't have insurance. The doctors were great but I definitely think they overcharge people in terms of the care they provide. I spent an hour to see the doctor, saw him for 10 minutes, got an injection an was changed over 330, although when I made the appointment I was told that I'd be charged less.
