I called to make an appointment and was told I should just go to Urgent Care because they could not see me until the following week. I went to Urgent Care, only to be told they didn't have the equipment necessary and that I should go to an ER, which I did. I get a bill for 178!!! They billed my insurance over 200 for what???? SCAM!!! I will dispute this!

Very bad place. Last month I went there for a preventive annual physical check. However, this month I received the bill including a item "office or outpatient visit", which means I proposed extra concern and the concern is referred to futuer caring and test by the doctor. The truth is first, I did nothing out of the physical check; second, I did not request for extra or further test and exams, and neither the hospital arranged them. So please rethink before you make a vist to this hospital. By the way, I have already called the billing office and appealed for this. I will give follow up here.

Always have good experiences. I've been coming here or to another Allina clinic and only ever had one bad experience, which was almost 10 years ago. Staff are very professional and the doctors, nurses, and specialists are all very nice people who just want to help you get better. I've been here for strep throat, sinus infections, and other times when I've been miserably sick, and every time they're helpful and kind.

Waste of time and money, Not enough Doctors in urgent care, They said an hour and I left after 2 hours, wasted a 50 copay. Counter gal said Monday’s always the busiest at night, Why can’t they staff the place if that is the case.

We were just there last Thursday evening. The care was excellent and all the employees were very friendly. We were admitted in less than a minute. Very impressed with the whole experience. Have been here a few times and have never been disappointed.
