Went in for my annual eye exam today... I work in health care and we've been dealing with covid guidelines for about a year now so I was shocked to be asked out loud the covid screening questions!! Word of advice NO one is going to tell you the truth when being asked like that. Strongly recommend a paper survey. After I finish my paperwork I am waiting to be seen and there is an employee talking with another customer VERY loud... loud enough for me to get up and see who it is. After this particular customer left the employee continued to talk about her again very loud... this same employee was next to me on the phone talking with a customer about insurance stuff frankly a little rude. I've never has a bad experience here and the doctor was nice but I would have a word with all employees about privacy

AS AN EPILEPTIC 11 GRANMALL SEIZURES I tried to take a QUICK BREATH through my mask entering the bath room! SHOUTING AT ME LEAVE LEAVE stay away

I cannot speak highly enough of this store and the people who work there! I called in a panic because I went to a different location back in New Jersey and they ordered the wrong contacts for me. And I’m getting married on Sunday and don’t want to wear my glasses to my wedding. The woman I spoke to was so sweet and helped work everything out. Everyone was so friendly when I got there and they gave me a trial spare of contacts. She looked up my prescription and confirmed they ordered the wrong thing for me. I went to this location before I moved out east and I honestly love them! Great prices and great staff!

I came in to look for glasses and was greeted by a friendly staff member. They took my temperature, asked me some covid questions, and gave me a run down of how they are keeping the store clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, they clean the glasses you try on that you don't like. I found two pairs that I really liked and the price could not be beat! Two pairs for 270 with all the coatings possible and a 1 year warranty. What a deal! The staff member that checked it out was quick and thorough and got me on my way! Can't wait to get my new glasses

I found excellent customer service at this location. Dawn was willing & happy to listen, then assit me in getting exactly what I needed quickly, efficiently, & at a fair price. Thank God for the ones choosing to work in this industry that have an understanding of how debilitating having really poor eyesight is even if they themselves don't suffer from it, & can apply some compassion to help those finding themselves in a unexpected situation. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you SO much !!!

Staffs were friendly but they can go into more details with first time buyers. I bought 2 pair of glasses for my 4 year old daughter but they both look big on her face and very loose after purchase. Upon researching, I found that there are frame sizes by age and face and the staff didn't bother to let me know anything about it. They simply sold what my daughter and me liked as a frame from the lot they have which ended up as too big on her. I don't think she can wear it regularly. Wasted 150 on this. It will be good if the staff spend more time in explaining details. Better training is required.

I didn't do my exam there, so I can't speak to that. However, I got my glasses there and they were super helpful and kind. Also verry patient with my indecisive self. Deffinetly will be going back.
