Doctor LaVallie was excellent. It was my first visit with him as my doctor and he was informed with my history when he walked in and offered immediate solutions for my dry eye condition and provided recommendations for blue light filter glasses for screen time. I was very pleased with the visit and excited to work with him and his team ongoing. Kelsey, the assistant and the tech Jaime as well as Gail at the front desk were all wonderful! Thank you all.

My little one has new frames, they arrived a week early which was fantastic! Her exam process was great but some aspects of customer service could be better. Let me say this, I love nice and clean environments,this place has that!!!!
Thank you Associated Eye Care for another great customer experience. The lady in Optical did a great job helping me choose new glasses, especially with all of the Covid restrictions.
From the minute I walked in as a new patient the staff was friendly, kind and helpful....definitely a 'we're here to serve' attitude. Dr Wu was kind, thorough, careful and very willing to discuss/answer questions. I'll be back!
The old location was much more convenient for me, BUT I really like my doctor and don't mind the drive to Woodbury. The new location is really spacious and quite nice. They have a huge waiting area, and a really nice eyeglass section. I checked in and waited about 5 minutes to be called back. They are well staffed and the wait was short. Everyone from the check-in staff to the physician were all nice. The physician took the time to explain things, and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend Associated Eye Care!
