Wonderful vet. I brought my cat in for a very serious open wound and they were able to treat him with great care. His wound healed up very quickly and he is doing great.

I love Banfield Pet Hospital! They have taken care of my dogs throughout their lives. They have been caring and helpful in every situation.
Vets and staff are very concerned about pets and their owners and do whatever they can to safely care for our pets. Love them. Been with them for 15 years.
This review is based on the hospital, and their Wellness plans. The plans are way overpriced for what you get out of them, especially since you usually end up paying quite a bit for services anyway after the plan. Then when you pay for the higher plan, and they deem they cant do a service such as the dental cleaning, when you call in to ask if they will reduce you to the plan without the dental, they consider it cancelling the plan and you have to pay a large amount of money out of pocket, because of \services rendered\. Don't waste your money on these plans, there are plenty of vets out there that you can go to that don't charge as much as this place, and you don't need an overpriced plan for also. Also don’t always get told ahead of time that if your pet does not get the dental, you still are charged for blood work. Did not authorize the blood work when dental was preformed so did not pay. Sent me to collections for it. Will let them take us to court for the money and will let everyone know what a rip off this place is. They can risk negative talk of their business for 145. Do not take your pet here. All day drop off, dogs are taken outside once even if they are there 10 hours. So associates are very harsh and disrespectful to clients. It is not a pet hospital.
I typically don't provide feedback when asked by Google, but my experience with Banfield was unbelievably frustrating and had I not kept pushing when something was wrong with my dog, he wouldn't be with us today. I'm hopeful this feedback will prevent others from experiencing what we experienced. I also feel compelled to share that one of their front desk employees at the Woodbury location was extremely rude and in my opinion, unempathic to the situation in front of her. On each occasion I would have liked to say that the woman at the front desk was having a bad day but I visited several times over a two week period and each time it was our turn to check out, she appeared irritated having to help people. From the way she called to the staff in the back when she asked them to bring our dog up to the condensending tone she used, giving us a difficult time when it was time to pay.
