THE ABSOLUTE RUDENESS AND UNPROFESSIONALISM of a teller Neeham at the Woodbury branch. I went to deposit simple checks and ask that a check be cashed and the words nothing short of obstinance came out of this woman's mouth. Why should I be lectured when I am giving Capital One Bank business. There are many other Capital one branches, as well as many other banks in the neighborhood such as Bank America at the corner, and another bank on Jericho as well as Chase down the street, and TD not far away. Isn't this ridiculous!!! Why is it her opinion to be allowed to voice her remark over a simple bank transaction at a tellers window. Truthfully if she doesn't like the work.....leave!!!! Be aware!!!!
