Jordan did an outstanding job for me. I refinance a Pontoon and basically did everything online. The whole process was completed in 1 day. Great place to do banking

Not sure who I was in contact with I was on the phone thru member services but I had a very poor experience the woman on the other end was very rude about an error made on the banks end and even hung up on me! Especially during a time like this with the pandemic every cent counts! The bank had made an error in charging a total of 6 nsf fees the woman said there was an error and she would remove the first four but the second two she could not but as she stated I’m lucky enough because they can normally only do two (ummm excuse me I’m lucky you guys made a mistake) and I wouldn’t be upset if this was my own fault but the only reason my account dropped below is because of the nsf fees of 225dollars! Terrible customer service! Honestly I’ve never had any issues before this and love banking with them but this woman in particular was a joke. Never been treated so poorly for a company’s mistake!
