Wow! I just recently moved to MN from Florida and was very unsure about where to live. I have been touring multiple apt complex.After touring with Amanda at City Walk I knew I had not only found my next apt but my home. Their amenities are the best I’ve ever seen. Her energy and professionalism set her apart from all the other apt complex. I also noticed how secured and well maintain the property was. They are also super pet friendly. Being a dog dad I love that about this place too. The location is perfect as well walking distance from so many retail and restaurants. So glad I can call City Walk apt my home.

judge for yourself. Not counting how rude all the office staff is. and the office smells sometimes and the club house to aaa but it is luxurious. APARTMENTS they have money to change a large luxury advertisement but cannot fix the doors or hire maintenance staff
Although we have had many issues with management in the past, I want to give 5 stars for Nate from maintenance! He was very professional and friendly while completing the original task at hand. He even took the time to answer a ton of questions for me about little things around our apartment..Keep up the great work Nate!

This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional!!!!! Starting with the office! The people in the office are filling out reviews just so they can get more positive reviews! They also delete the tenants reviews that currently live here because they don't want people to see the truth! They blame the issues that they have on old management which is NOT the case!!! The old management was amazing!!!!! Conor Group and the current workers in the office are not helpful at all! I would highly suggest listening to the current residents that live here and think twice about moving here. They also do not give people their deposits back once they have moved from their apartment. They also ignore and do not give reasons as to why they tenant was not refunded their deposit! Please Please Please do your research before choosing this complex. I truly regret moving here and am counting down the days until I can move!!!
