This is a simple and practical grocery store. No fanfare. Clean and easy to navigate. More importantly, prices are very reasonable. Staff is nice. I like coming here because I know the prices are competitive if not lower than other stores. Parking is ample. Salad kits are very affordable. Produce is good quality, I don't see flies in my kitchen after two days.

I enjoy visiting this Cubs location as it is always clean, quiet and stocked most of the time (I like to shop late at night)! The employees are usually very friendly and helpful. I especially want to write this review because I would like to highlight the fact that one employee was a super star in helping me with my grocery purchase last night! I was in a rush, very selective on how I needed the purchase to go and was very tired! The late night cashier, Mikey, was a complete rock star! Mikey was amazing at reading the situation, displayed excellent customer service skills, provided fantastic service, set up the groceries nicely for easy packing and was just so...KIND and PATIENT the entire time (I had to make a quick call to confirm something during check out--no one was behind me fortunately!). Appearing laid back yet attentive, Mikey is a clear example of what an employee should always strive to be: empathetic, hard-working and infinitely competent. Thank you again, Mikey! Kudos to the manager/trainer for this fine employee!

I payed for an item and a female employee came up to the item and tried to take it away from me asking me if It was mine before I was even done with my other purchase. I found this irritating and disrespectful.

Since being on isolation for covid, I placed my first ever instacart order and did not receive three major items. I called Cub and the gentleman I spoke with was very short with me because I didn't have a 4 digit code on any bag nor a physical receipt and said that I should come to the store to dispute it. The next person said that I can just be refunded. I was then given a phone number to call to get this issue fixed. Bottom line...customer service sucked! With a pandemic and not being able to do what I need to, I hope that those that may be vulnerable and cannot do their own physical shopping receive better assistance than this!

It isn't open 24-hours. SAD!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
