I originally went in to buy a Simplicity vacuum cleaner with a hose and walked out with a Miele instead. Devine talked me into it, and I'm really glad he did. I love the power of this vacuum. He was right! Even if it cost a little more, it was worth it. Thank you for your time and patience. He even gave me a 30 day trial, but I won't be bringing it back.

I was quoted 20 for an unclog and 20 for a filter bag clean, I agreed to spend the 40 and they would call for any other needed repairs. Received a call that I should replace the roller for an additional 190.00. I declined the repair and said to just do the other two services. Was then told that they wouldn't do just the 40 services unless I did the 190.00 service. Went to pickup the vacuum and waited 40 minutes for them and an additional 20 for them to find the vacuum. Worst customer Service ever!

Wasn't really sure what I was looking for but I was blown away with how knowledgeable Devin was. He listened and answered all of my questions about vacuums. He definitely will be the reason why I won't go anywhere else in the future and will recommend my family and friends to go and ask for him. I love my new OREK!

Using a fake name due to my negative experience with this company. 1 month ago, bag issues with my oreck, David's vacuums fixed the bag issue. Just the other day, more bag issues and oreck wouldn't turn on. Brought it back to David's vacuums. Employee told me it was circuit board issue and blamed me for bag issues. I stated they put the last bag on. Wants to charge me 150 dollars for more bag issues and circuit board issues. I have a warranty with oreck/David's vacuum but they lost all my customer service as well as the many friends and family of mine that frequent there (15-20). Good work David's vacuums! 1 gold star

I have never experienced such bad customer service. I bought a new vacuum from the store in Brooklyn Park. I had it for a month and the battery would not keep a charge. I brought to Woodbury and they said it would be ready over 2 weeks ago. And its been there almost a month. A young boy or sounded like. He Would not check and see if it was ready and told me with a smart mouth they would of called if ready. And left me on hold forever. Called 1 week and half week later . Took him forever to look me up and put me on hold over 5 minutes and then said oh the part just came in and they are checking if the battery keeps a charge. Terrible
