I’ve been sitting here in this office waiting since 10:45 A.M. and it is now 11:15 A.M. told me to come 15 mins early...I did and now here I’m sitting staring at an empty chair I sat and waited for 30 mins just for a 4 mins diagnoses. what a joke

These people billed me 150 for a “new visitor fee”. They did not ever tell me I would be billed for that, which should be illegal because had I been told they would charge me for simply being a new customer, I never would’ve gone. Update: I would LOVE to have someone explain why I was billed 150 for a new patient visit but no one ever answers this phone number when I call it.

We seen Dr. Jeremy Cook an appointment for our teenage daughter. She is terrified of needles, blood, etc and even with the use of Pronox gas, topical numbing and other methods it was a very long process. Dr. Jeremy Cook and his staff were amazing and calm. They gave us all the time we needed and were firm but kind with calming down my daughter. 100% recommend
