Great selection, decent deals. Really surprised by how lousy customer service was. I asked a question about ordering stems (needed to confirm a diameter), staff was not helpful, and I ended up walking out. Went to another place that helped figure things out in about two minutes. I would have been totally happy if they didn't have it or couldn't help, but it's like she literally couldn't understand the question.

A huge diversity of lighting available in display - ready to be sold, good sales and extremely helpful staff. Stephanie also gave me a couple of books I could browse through for more lighting ideas. Definately enjoyed my Lighting by Design experience and will be back!
