Was extremely disappointed as I went there to get my hair blown out and curled for a wedding. I had been there a few times in the past and hadn't had an issue.. I asked for big curls and volume by my roots.. there was no product used in my hair, it was flat to my head, basically straight with the bottom curled. I rushed home and had to re-do it before I had to leave for pictures. Complete waste of money.
I had such a great experience for my first time at a blow out bar. The staff is so nice and makes you feel right at home! I would definitely recommend people to go here. Can't wait for my next appointment!
Had 7:45 appointment but they did not take me till after 8. Washed my hair then left me waiting for another 5 minutes. Did not have time for style I wanted, beach waves with iron, so said just give me bouncy curls with small brush blow out. Hair was totally straight. Terrible job. When I told girl at front desk I was unhappy she said they could fix with iron. Told her I did not have time and had to get to meeting with my hair a mess. For my aggravation she gave me 20 off and made it seem like she was doing me a great favor. I could have done a better job myself!
My hair didn't stay & was filled w hairspray. Wasn't really a fan but the staff was nice.
