Oil change
I traveled 4 hours to Woodbury for an appointment and 3 minutes away from my appointment after JUST getting onto a decelerate exit my tire came off and I watched it roll into the ditch. Euro Autoworks was the closest shop to be towed to and they took it on right away and worked urgently to get me back on the road safely. Jason was very helpful and informed me of what was going on with my car often. Overall very happy they were the closest shop as they were professional, friendly, and understanding of my situation. Would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Do verify what they tell you what is wrong with your vehicle if you have the luxury to do so. I had one experience with them when they told me the catalytic converter was bad. After getting a diagnostic device to check on the status of my vehicle, it turned out that nothing was wrong with the catalytic converter. It has been many years and it is still working fine since then.
I regularly brought my Mercedes and then my Land Rover to Euro Autoworks for maintenance and repair. They were always courteous, explained issues well and are very competitively priced. I highly recommend them.
2013 ML550. Used this shop a couple times and was very happy. Had a unique situation with a failure that due to proprietary trademark information they weren’t able to complete the repair, however they did transition the job to Mercedes without having to lift a finger. I also had a constructive conversation with leadership and I wouldn’t hesitate to make future appointments. Some things there’s just not a work around that only the dealer can handle.
Had oil change service. staff was friendly Until after the service I find the oil was leaking due to bad drain plug. Called the shop ,they explained they had bad parts, and I might've got the very last one of it when they throwed the rest away. When I saw the oil was leaking, I wiped it out, cleaned everything and tighten the drain plug to prevent further leaking on my garage floor. I went back to shop. the dude wasn't happy because he couldn't see the leaking despite I took a photo and everything. I guess it's for protocol reasons where they want to see the mistake they made before they can provide solutions. Overall it was ok experience. At the end they replaced the drain plug confirmed it was their bad parts. Before I left, I asked a quote for spark plug and cabin filters replacement they ask for 800 parts and labor. A little over priced in my opinion..
