I asked for a tapered fade, obviously the lady does not know what that means because the entire sides of my hair are uniform length. The top of my head was left a bit longer but for some reason only the front half of the top of my head??? And when I specified the lengths that I wanted in inches my hair stylist needed me to tell her in the guard number she used because she didnt know the conversion??? Overall not very impressed and I was charge 23 dollars for something I could have gotten at great clips for 9 dollars. I would suggest going to the Barbershop for a men's haircut.

Omg, Sam was absolutely devine to have my hair cut by. She did my consultation great found out what I liked, told me what would work and what would not and why and with great customer service. I felt like I was at a long time friends business and I chat with her all the time!!! And I got a great cut that I love even more then I thought I would

I will not suggest the lady that I went through for this place she did not do a good job on my eyebrows she left my eyebrows uneven or my haircut...!!! The other woman there are actually really good though I was suggest anybody but her I did not get her name either tho.

I brought my 3 sisters here before school was going to start. For 2 of my sisters, I asked for a trim, layers, and face framing. Both workers seemed nice about it until I overheard them talking about me behind my back. They were both saying that what they’re doing for my sisters is useless and a waste of other customers’ time. The host then came over and asked what they were doing for my sisters. They both said, “nothing at all,” and they all rolled their eyes. I know what I asked for and I was willing to pay for the services. Your customers’ money is what’s giving you a job. The least you guys can do is to respect the wishes of your customers, especially since they chose you to do it AND pay you for it. The most disappointing part is that it wasn’t just one worker, but three. I do not recommend this location. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

Maybe this salon is okay for short hair, but it's definitely NOT a go for long hair trims. Had to go to Great Clips the next day for a fix. Never going back to Fantastic Sams. I told them I was getting married the next weekend, and I was telling the truth. Very young inexperienced stylists who were too confused to just admit they didn't have the skill to cut my hair. I wanted a little curve in the back, and the tip of it was not even cut in the center of my head! She didn't care about my part being in the right place and argued with me about it. I wanted out of there I was so uncomfortable. Got home and saw how uneven everything was! How could I tell when my hair is dark against a black cape? When it came time for a receipt, their machine conveniently wasn't working. It was all around awful!

I have been coming to this Salon, now, for approximately three years. Each and every time I come in the staff is courteous, friendly, professional and accommodating. They are skilled at their craft. One of the many things that makes me come back is the welcoming atmosphere. The staff works amazingly well, together. They are willing to help each other out, in any situation. When leaving the salon, I not only feel good about how I look, but my heart feels good, as well. This is an amazing place. If you try them out, you will not be disappointed. Thanks to these ladies for making this customer feel special.
