Betty Lindstrom

Jan has been my go to therapist for several issues including FM and BPV, with great results. Her therapy is unique and different than traditional therapy. Highly recommend her.

My back went out in early April of this year. I found out that I had 3 pinched nerves. I went to physical therapy at another place, without results. I had constant pain in my left thigh & pins & needles feeling in my left leg. My cousin's wife recommended Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center, so I called & talked to Jan & she was able to get me in. The first visit, she checked my back & found that both my back & pelvis were out of alignment. With just a little adjustment, my pain in my thigh was gone & hasn't been back. After other treatments, my back has stayed in alignment...no pain, anywhere. And today, I realized that I haven't felt the pins & needles feeling, in a couple of days. I recommended Jan to one of my friends & she is now getting treatment. I wish I had known of this place, when my back went out in April...could have been pain free, earlier. In November 2019 I had L3 L4 and L5 decompression back surgery to open the nerve canal in my lower back. Following the surgery from January through April 2020 I had significant lower back pain and was unable to walk or stand for more than 20 minutes without having to sit down to relieve the pain. This impacted my walking which I do quite a bit and as well I was unable to golf over 12 holes without having to stop. Finally in April I went to see Jan at Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center in Woodbury due to constant pain. Within one month Jan had provided treatment that eliminated the majority of the back pain. I continued physical therapy through May and reached a point where I no longer have lower back pain from standing, walking or golfing. What a change in my lifestyle. Thank you Jan! Mike H

Went to Jan for headaches and neck pain and dizziness day 1 my headache was gone she took the time to discuss my issues and what was bothering me i guess I've never experienced that before was used to the typical 20 minute office visit at the normal Dr. But I was skeptical of course but I couldn't believe the things that were wrong with me with just simple and gentle adjustments thank you wouldn't be enough....
