Gordon's Heating & Cooling has always been helpful and professional. My new A/C unit they installed has been working beautifully since with no issues whatsoever and it is so much quieter than my old unit. I had some work done which stirred up another issue that required multiple call backs over a period of time but they were very helpful, honest, and fair. I came home to a freezing cold home. Through search I found Gordon's Heating & Cooling the technician was able to make it to my home the same day. He explained everything as he did his diagnostic. Made me confident in knowing what the issue was. Once retrieving the part my 50yr old furnace needed. He was prompt in returning and completing the services. Had my heat up and running within an hour. He was a pleasant gentleman and very knowledgeable about his work. I am very pleased and warm. I would recommend him to anyone in need. Especially when his costs were so reasonable. I couldn’t have asked for any better service.
Our furnace broke down during the coldest season of the year. We contacted Gordon's Heating & Cooling and they sent out their crew in the next 4 hours. They called minutes before their arrival. They were on time, very courteous and diagnosed the issue right away. They were very professional, on-time, fixed the issue right away. The technician was great. Our water heater finally died and he came over within an hour to check it out. This is impressive because with the recent high temperatures, my wife and I didn't expect to see someone before this weekend. I was even more impressed when he checked out the water heater and said he was going to go to his shop and get a water heater to install right then. He explained everything as he worked and was a joy to talk to. I highly recommend Gordon's Heating & Cooling.
I read most if not all reviews, worst to best, to see if I want to use a particular service, restaurant, etc. I decided to give Gordon's a try given the vast majority of very positive responses. I was not disappointed. We completely changed out a 45-year old furnace and air coil. The service men were on time and very conscientious. We always expect price inflation given our zip code and was pleasantly surprised with the very competitive price.
