Some things about Inspira aren't all bad. My mom had a stay there can with a grade three lung transplant. The staff a was caring, knowledgeable be and helpful. Had a car accident and hand surgery there immediately. Staff was helpful without a a problem since. Gloucester county is your way and scene or it isn't. Many critics can were never patients here.

Waited in ER waiting room for a couple hours. When we walked in, there were only 2 people in front of us. Not busy at all. While waiting, I noticed the faculty had no purpose. It was as if they were just hanging out, with no motivation or purpose what-so-ever. No work ethic. I recommend going somewhere else if there's a choice. If there is no choice, call an ambulance instead. Might be seen and treated faster that way.

Welcome to Healthcare USA. I cringe every time I think about my experience here. Unfortunately I'm still reminded by their incorrect bills I'm receiving for the wrong amount that was mis-billed to insurance. Edit. Business hours for billing are 8 to 430. So I have to take time off work during the work week to address your incompetence. Disgusting company.

I called emergency for a wait time and the lady I was speaking to was very unprofessional and rude... decided not to even go... if this is how they speak to you, imagine how they would treat you. I understand the person on the phone is not the one who would be taking care of me.... but the person answering the phone was the 1st impression and IT SUCKED!!!

I havent been to Inspira in years but from the emergency room nurses and doctors to all the nurses and doctors and also housekeepers I was very happy and felt very comfortable..I know that they have received alot of negative remarks but honestly they have made many many changes in hopes of serving you the public better. So you would feel very very satisfied and comfortable and be happy and trust them again. So much that you would want to come back again. They even have members of the hospital staff walking around on the floors to see if your satisfied while your there. So thankyou to all Drs, Emergency room Drs, The wonderful ambulance team,The nurses, The nurses aides, The room cleaners and the wonderful staff walking around to check on the patients. I had a very positive experience with Inspira this time. I also highly recommend them as a hospital..
