Allison provided excellent service! I was pressed for time so I showed her my old glasses and said I wanted something similar. She brought me one pair to try and I loved them! Done deal! Plus my lenses usually take ten days to get but the lab had them in stock so I will get my glasses the same day! I always have a good experience at the Woodbury Lenscrafters!

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I didn’t anticipate having fun spending money on new glasses! Edith was great! Definitely recommend. Side note: Buy the “zero fog” it’s a mask wearing life changer!
Had an appointment for 4pm. Arrived at 3:55. Was not waited on until 4:15 and was told there would be an additional wait. I scheduled my work day around my appointment. Could not stay because I had another appointment at 5 elsewhere so was told to reschedule. I will reschedule. But not at LensCrafters. I now have to find another place and rearrange my work schedule around another eye appointment. They did give me some sample contacts to get me to my next appointment which is why I gave a 2 instead of a 1.
Dr. Joel Peterson was an excellent doctor during my annual eye exam. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. Dr. Peterson never rushed me when I seconded guessed which one was more clear to me. He reassured me on any concerns or questions I had. Overall, a great experience! 10/10 recommend him to anyone and everyone!
The doctor was great, however there was a lack of glasses for selection. What was worse was I also ordered contact lens and they told me it would ship to my house in 4 - 5 days. After 10 days I called them to get an update and they had no idea where the contacts were. They said they would look into it and reorder them if needed. They blamed COVID for some reason. I then called a week after that and they still had no idea where they were but they would rush the contacts to me. Another week later and I called again and they still had no idea what was going on, but this time a team lead assured me she would look into it and call me back. Surprisingly she did call me back that afternoon and put a rush on the order and have them sent to their office instead. They received them the next day. If only they could have done that weeks ago. It took 30 days for me to get my contacts that were supposed to take 4-5. When I went in I noticed they had eye glass cleaner on the counter and asked if they were free. She told me coldly, "no" and left it as that. After spending over a thousand dollars on glasses and contacts and dealing with a terrible process, I would think they can throw in a .50 bottle of eyeglass cleaner. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this one deserved it.
9/15/20: Melissa and Sarah were great to work with! Super helpful and even though I found out they were out of network for my insurance, they still helped me get the glasses I wanted at a comfortable price and under an hour! It was really busy and the whole team worked well together and making sure everyone was taken care of! Phil was super friendly, and my Dr. (Peterson?) was very easy going, efficient and very informative. Thanks to you all for a great overall experience!
Fast & efficient eye exam and contact lens fitting. These should be routine and Lenscrafters keeps it really organized so I can spend minimal time.
I brought my 96 year old Dad to LensCrafters as he lost his glasses in his Senior Care facility. All of the staff were very helpful, caring and great to work with. Kudos to the LensCrafters team.
