Bill and the mechanics at this location are awesome! They’re friendly, honest and hardworking. It’s the only place I’ll take my car. If you need anything done to your car. I highly recommend bringing it to this Meineke.

I just moved to the area and needed to find a place to get my oil changed. The team was so friendly and kept me informed—even called to ask if I realized my wind shield wipers were torn and would I like a replacement. Will definitely make this location my go to car shop!

On July 2, 2020 I visited the Woodbury, NJ Meineke for an oil change. The shop called and suggested I replace my front brake pads and rotors with new ones, which I did. The following day, I experienced very poor braking, shaking while driving on the highway, and a burning smell when I stopped driving. Due to being on orders with the military, I was unable to bring the truck into the shop myself. My girlfriend handled the vehicle for me, choosing to take the truck to another mechanic she uses in West Deptford. The mechanic discovered, in their words, “upon inspection, brake pads were installed incorrectly. Inner brake pads were both on driver’s side. Driver’s side brake hanging up. Overheated brake pads and rotors. Remove and replace brake pads and rotors as need. Service brake hardware, properly seat all new brake materials and test drive to confirm repairs.” Two weeks later, returning from service, I approached the Meineke about their failure to perform the brake install to a reasonable standard as previously agreed. I provided them with the failed brakes and the receipt from the shop that corrected their incorrect work. The Meineke refused to refund me. I do not wish to pursue a store credit. I do not trust the work conducted by this shop. If I continued to drive my vehicle with brakes installed incorrectly, I could have done irrecoverable harm to my vehicle, family, and myself. I do not recommend using this particular Meineke automotive repair shop. UPDATE: Nothing has been done to \escalate the issue\. This canned response has a number that doesn't even lead to customer service. I can not impress how much I do not recommend spending money at this shop.

Got to the shop at 5:55 PM and Bill and staff couldn’t have been more helpful, I was expecting to leave my car overnight but they took it right in and replaced the battery and the battery connectors while I waited. I will use the shop again, I am local and have 4 cars on household. Thanks again.
