I don’t even know where to start.... This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced! The honesty and transparency is beyond pure. Frank, Mike, & Dave helped me out so much. I was bit a nervous going in by myself (I am a woman) due to the fact that mechanics always try to get over on you. They were kind enough to understand my point. I was able to walk into the garage and they showed me the issues. I cannot express enough how happy I am! They fixed my starter within 3 hours! Thank you so much!

I had severe issues with my brakes, and went to them because they were close and got back to me with a question right away. They made a place to look at my car, and was very professional and personal with explaining what was going on and what they needed to do. They figured ways around my money issues so they can fix the major problem so I can drive safely. I very much recommend this business!!
I was very pleased with the customer service and service done on my Honda 2002. They took my car right in, called me with reasonable pricing on what needed to be done, and I had my car back within 2 hours. I will definitely be going back if ever needed.
Manager Francisco was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to help me change my front control brake arms in my car. I highly recommend this place it is cheap and more affordable than other shops around.
My brakes sounded so bad so I knew I needed to get them taken care of ASAP. I called Midas and spoke to Steven who said I could come in for a free estimate, the estimate ended up being cheaper then other competitors in the area. They were very accommodating and quick service. They also recommended new tires which I ended up coming back for a few weeks later because I was so happy with my previous work and they knocked out 4 tires in 30 minutes with great prices! I definitely recommend!
Frank and the guys here had my vehicle fitted with new tires and brakes in about an hour. All at a great price. Highly recommended.
Had to get an emergency repair after car has spent months sitting off during work at home... Frank and the team at Midas Woodbury came through in a major way. They went out of their way to apply all possible coupons to my order, and were honest about the condition of the car even though many other businesses would have taken an opportunity to upcharge. Service was quick, and professional, and we were impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment. Will definitely be back to change out my factory air filter soon...thanks guys!
I don't give many people five stars. But the people at Midas deserve every one of them. The place is very clean the people were very professional.
