Earlier in this year 2020, I noticed a small bump under my ear, had no idea what it was. I met Dr Gendron at the mid west ENT clinic. She was quick, precise and very supportive. It turned out that I had a parotid gland tumor. Dr. Gendron did not waste any time, asked me to get a CT and biopsy done. It was benign, Thank God.. without hesitation, she made sure I had the first available appointment for surgery. This happened a few days before lockdown.. I’m so glad that I found Dr Gendron and her team at the right time. Very grateful to them. I would highly recommend this center..

I was very impressed by Dr. Vong. She is extremely intelligent, and I can count on one hand the amount of people I think that of. Same quality as the Mayo Clinic at 1/1000th the price. Thank you!

Waited for well over an hour past appointment time with an extremely rowdy 3 year old. Not once did anyone from the clinic acknowledgement my wait time or tell me that they were running behind. When I finally did get my son in to see the doctor, the actual visit was less than 5 minutes. Most likely will see a bill in excess of 150 for a 3 minute conversation with a doctor just to have him tell me everything is fine with the hearing test they just completed (already knew that from the audiologist).

I am very disappointed by them. Their technicians tested the hearing FOUR times for my 2 years old. They could not get consistent results because they didn't know how to engage the 2 year old. They just did their routine without paying attention to the kid. Dr. Eric Becken at the very first time, boldly suggested ear tube for my 2 years old. After FOUR times inconsistent of hearing tests, he suggested knocking her out for the newborn hearing test which is a in-hospital procedure. In-between, he accidentally scratched her ear and caused bleeding. We then went to Mayo Clinic for a second opinion. They did the hearing test again in a much professional way and confirmed my 2 years old is totally fine, having no hearing issues. FOUR visits, a lot of time and money wasted at this midwest ENT clinic.
