Previously went to get a bearded dragon, one of the workers there was not willing to take them out. Went to a different pet smart and had no problem. I now just go to this PetSmart for decor for my beardies terrarium. Their rewards program is great, but I find that I can save a lot more money buying from the actual manufacturer.

I like this pet smart! The people have always been helpful, but the wait for help isn’t always the most fun. All and all a good pet store!!
Was pointed to a small dirty rack of near death Betta Fish. On this rack were a few dozen fish who were sitting in their own feces and food remains, many fish looked lifeless and were not moving or breathing. They were sitting either on the bottom of the container with glazed over eyes or they were desperately trying to swim but ended up floating sideways (which is a sign of disease). fins were heavily dragging and gills were discolored. The staff knows these fish are dying and suffering! It’s really sad to see an animal having to experience such horrible conditions. Do better!
Staff is very helpful, overall very knowledgeable. They have been able to point me in some specific directions that were very good. One big note in their favor- if they don't know about something themselves they can find someone who does, or at least will admit when they have no experience with something. I really appreciate that they don't try to just sell something!
I just visited the Woodbury PetSmart excited to get the items needed to prepare for a new Ball Python. I found everything that I needed but after checking out I found several pricing discrepancies. I brought it to the attention of one of the employees who I took over to the shelf where I selected one of the items. She looked and acknowledged that all of the water dishes were off by one spot to the right and in the wrong spots. I was under the impression that they cost 11.99, not 19.99. She explained to me that even though they were all off by one spot on the shelf that they didn’t honor price errors due to wrong shelf placement. No apology for the confusion at all. That didn’t address the 20 gallon tank or bedding mulch that were just priced with out of date price tags on the shelves. In total I was over charged by 13 or all I received was a staunch refusal to provide service. They did offer to adjust only the inaccurate tags but I left frustrated. I wasn’t trying to take advantage to anyone. I only wanted the prices posted in front of the items that I purchased to be honored.
