The coffee is decent and the place looks spacious and well organized. Lots of choices for food. Looks like a mini convenience/grocery store to me with they way the items are displayed. Easy on the eyes and convenient. Nice lighting and seating available. The staff needs to lighten up a bit because they all looked so serious and pissed off at times. In fairness I must say they are indeed efficient in taking care of your orders. A little smile now and then will go a long, long way in this business.

Whenever I’m in Woodbury, it’s usual my first choice because the food is good, healthy and FAST! The staff is efficient- their manager (not sure of his name) is always on the move, greeting clients and jumps in whatever role (cashier, chef, etc)! He always remembers my face and gives a warm greeting and pleasant conversation and it’s makes the experience even more lovely!

Today my day was bad. I went to Pret and these two girls, Jordan and Sulany were really amazing. I told them I am a vegan. They told me that the green signs were vegetarian options. They took their time to talk to me, they helped me with my drink, they told me everything that is in the drinks and they explained to me the most popular drinks, down to the least popular ones. They were so nice and that made my day so I give them five star. Thanks Jordan and Sulany

Todays experience was terrible in the Woodbury Commons. The girl that took my order does not know anything about customer service. Very rude and the one that made my latte knows even less. The latte spilled all around the cup and she didn’t even have the decency to clean it. It’s a pity to have people like this working in this place. This is the last time I will come here and I will make sure to tell everyone I know. I can’t write their names because their ID was not visible. Guess they didn’t have the Christmas Spirit. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Great selection of different foods and meals to suit everyone. Food is always fresh and delicious. Salads are great and I love their butternut squash mac and cheese....yum! Also remember to grab a coffee and fresh baked treat to accompany your meal.
