First experience here and it was amazing. Sammy was upfront and honest about what my hair could do with what I wanted. I walked out with a great new look and couldn't be happier! I'll be back again!

The lady who cut my hair didn't do so well. First off, she washed my hair and I know accidents do happen but the water kept going in my ears. If this were to happen the worker is suppose to dry your ears right away with a towel when you pull up. Then she started to cut off bits and pieces of my hair and looked as if she was done. And knowing Regis Salon, they are a more expensive Salon compared to others. I hope she didn't expect for me to pay 45 for my hair to look exactly the same??...So I told her I wanted more layers, and then she started to curl and style my hair? She said after she curl then she can layer it?? I was confuse as to why she would style it then cut it when I wasn't even satisfied. Anyways didn't end well. She also made my bangs choppy, not blended, and my right side layer is shorter than my left. Overall, wasn't good experience. Not sure if she doesn't know how to work with Asian hair...or if it was because she was an older lady and didn't know how to do it right..... I kept telling her I wanted my hair with more layers and the other people just kept looking at me like I'm crazy....But I didn't want to pay so much for an unsatisfied hair cut so of course I'm going to tell the lady what I want on my hair...My boyfriend was next and I was going to not let him get his haircut from the same lady, but I tried to be reasonable. Maybe she will cut a guys hair better...but no.... His hair ended up choppy and was uneven. He had to tell her to do "this and that" so many times he just gave up.... She was also getting frustrated because she didn't understand what my boyfriend wanted...It's not that hard...Make his hair short on the sides and back and blend it with the top.....We still paid and tipped her as we felt bad for her. Overall, was not worth the 80 here. The quality and experience at this Salon is lower than a salon that is cheaper, faster, and has better workers. Probably won't go to another Regis Salon after this.
The first time I went was great, Sammy cut my hair and my hair had never looked that good. A few months later I just needed to get it trimmed so I called to make an appointment and found out Sammy had quit, I decided to make an appointment anyway, thinking the other people that work there should be as good as her. I was so wrong, the stylist didn't listen to a word I said and did her own thing and kept my chair turned around so I couldn't see. My hair is a disaster, I asked for an asymmetrical blunt cut (I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted) and she just cut it all one length and added soooooo many layers. I showed her the picture again and tried to have her fix it and she just cut a section of my hair about 2 inches shorter than everything else and when I asked her to blend it in so there weren't 2 completely different lengths she just added more layers. I contacted the store about my experience and so far have been ignored. I will never go back there.
I paid 40 for 12 haircut, I was afraid to check if it was even because the "hairstylist" (manager of the place) didn't check during my cut. My boyfriend (a man who knows nothing about hair) noticed, it is almost a whole inch off. This place has gone downhill. Side note, if the manager sees this review... You got a crappy tip because I was sweating for 20 min while you were drying my hair.
