Beautiful facility with such hard-working, caring staff and leadership. Concerns always addressed promptly and the team is always looking for new innovative ways to provide the best quality of care to their residents! Highly recommend!

Toxic work environment. Bad leadership. Food is awful, if you're looking for a job, or a place for your parents/grandparents... go somewhere else!!! Run!!!! Residents falling all the time not always a RN on call. Presbyterian homes, ebenezer.....

My mother was at St.Therese of Woodbury for temporary care after a brain surgery. She was treated very well and commented on how nice everyone was to her. Even with Covid protocols, we felt she received excellent care and would recommend this facility to others.

I worked her 6 months and I never experienced such a toxic work environment. The way i was treated and spoke too at times was very unprofessional and inappropriate. I enjoyed the residents and my role but when I expressed concerns or issues it was always a problem or a band aid fix. St. Therese claims to have a open door policy and if you have concerns you can voice them , but when I did I was told I was not a fit for \St.Therese\. I dedicated myself to my role plus worked on the floor as a caregiver and came in early to assist when they were short staffed. I dedicated myself and worked hard and to be told I was not a fit here really made me feel unwelcomed and not appreciated . In my exit email i was told they would \Pray\ for me . The issues and concerns should have been addressed and problem solved at the time I came to managment but they did not seem to care . It was there way or no way there was no discussion and I can not work in an environment that works that way. I can see why turnover in staff is huge here they should treat employees better and respect the work they do here. I would have hoped for being a Catholic faith based facility they would value and practice the teachings with the employees I was shocked and not comfortable working there after the experience and the way they treated employees . Im not the only employee that felt that way and you could see it on a daily basis. The facility is nice and the residents are wonderful, but read the reviews and choose wisely. I know i will get a typical response on here but why respond when St. Therese had the chance to make those issues and concerns better after several attempts. You are loosing good employees and buring out staff for many reasons . I have experienced it here and instead of making excuses make positive changes and value your employees it can make a Huge impact . Employees who are appreciated will do more and take pride in their jobs here. God Bless .

As a contracted vendor at St Therese, they have taken the time to make sure that everyone's mind is at ease during a trying time. Not only are they following guidelines but also being proactive in every decision that has been made for this campus. I have talked with so many residents that have voiced appreciation on making sure that their health is a priority. My Company could not be more thankful to work with STOW.
