Frannie is an excellent esthetician. She carefully asks about skin care regime and what I want out of a facial. She then selects the right treatment. My skin is always so happy when I leave. The quiet room and warm blankets are perfect in the winter.

Always enjoy the service here at Salon Ultimo. My stylist, Abby, always know what to do with my hair and recommends the style that will look good on me. (I have to admit, not everyone knows how to work with this thick and fine Asian hair ). But Abby always have the patience to do my hair, and yield amazing results. Here's a pic of my balayage by Abby. Definitely recommend anyone to come here.

They were SO nice and professional! Originally I had wanted to come in and get a cut and color. But there was only room in the schedule for me to come in for just a haircut. I really needed to get my hair done. I was going to an event that weekend and needed it done ASAP. I have had my hair treated twice with bleach/toner and both times the color didn't come out exactly what I wanted. Abby listened to me when I explained what I wanted, cut-wise, and also asked what I would change, color-wise. She knew EXACTLY what color I was talking about. Then she was so kind and said that she would stay later and not only cut my hair but also correct the coloring! IT CAME OUT PERFECT!!! I will definitely be going back for more!
