I waited 6 hours.. they opened at 10am.. i was there at 10:30am and left at 11:30am after paying. I was told it would be done at 2pm. Came by 2:30, it was untouched. And i was told it would it be done in a hour and 30 minutes. There were cars coming in and out nonstop, and it seemed like everyone was getting their tires done except mine. I came back at 4:40pm.. and it was still not touched. They close at 6pm. I was told theyd get it done by tonight.. no thank you. I got my refund. P.S. if there was a 0 star rating.. i would give it 0.

I’ve gone to Sam’s Club for tires since 2002 and the last 6 years or so specifically to the Woodbury one. I’ve always had good and honest customer service from all the guys there. I usually call ahead to see if they are busy before bringing my car in and besides the holiday months (November and December) they’ve always been able to get me in same day, unless I needed to order a tire. I’ve never had anyone try to upsell me to the “best” tire like I’ve experienced at shops that specialize in tires.

I arrived at 10:05 AM to get new tires mounted. I was quoted 2 hours to be finished. Currently here at 12:20 PM. Walked by the lot where I left my car. It still hasn't been brought in to be worked on. The workers are all working hard and friendly, but they have a huge line of customers. Need more employees.

They put a new tire on and it went flat in two days went back said they couldnt help me they were too busy worst Sam's club I've ever been to this place is trash if you want your car to work right it's sad too cause it's only tires and battery and they can't even do that.

The Asian man who works with tires has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered and paid for my tires in store on Monday they came in Thursday morning I was promised a call when they came in, I ended up calling in. I walked in after work that day which he refused to try to work with me. The only available time was Monday it was labor day weekend there wasnt an option to wait. It took the manager scribbling me in Friday in at 11 which I dont understand why 2 full hours are blocked off for lunch?. Everything was good BUT 1 tire came defected which they were very accommodating put on a different brand until mine came in again. Which I received a phone call on Monday made an appointment on Wednesday at 5pm I was early and was told it would take 20 minutes. At 5:40 I went back to check the Asian man was in his truck taking a break my tire hadn't been put on yet. I am unsure why. I left in tears with the store manager asking me what he could do to make this experience better. I will NOT go back to the Woodbury Sam's Club tire center I will definitely travel out of my way.

Terrible customer service. Waited in line for over 30 minutes behind one customer. One guy working while multiple other employees/management came over to help out. Never once acknowledged and after they were done helping that customer they all walked away from the counter. Must have been break time. Never once acknowledging us or the people behind us in line. What a joke.

Looked online for tire shop hours. Said 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. Showed up at 9 am to have tires installed that I special ordered only to find out the sign outside says hours 7am to 8 pm and plus members only 7am to 10 am. Got turned away until 10. Waiting impatiently because of the online gaff.
