Have been with Sams Property Management Co since I moved here two years and have been very well taken care of through out the years. Always understanding and willing to work with you in any situation. They take care of any issues with the property in a fast and efficient manner. Their candor from first showing and walk through all the way to the final steps before moving is excellent. If you are renting, they always have the cleanest and well kept properties around.

I recently switched to Sams Property Management Company and I am very happy. The team has been a pleasure to work with. They are quick to respond to all my questions, and helps resolve any issues with tenants in a timely manner. I had some issues with collecting payments from a tenant last year, and they provided updates frequently to. They are professional, very responsive and courteous. I recommend them to any other investors or property owners looking for a good PM.
I have had a few instances where I have needed Jeremy's help, and he is always very responsive and helpful. He has a positive attitude and I now feel very comfortable asking him for help. As a young female living by myself, I haven't always felt very safe being alone with maintenance guys in my previous apartments. This is certainly not the case with Jeremy. Sams Property Management Co has also been great to work with. They respond within 24 hours and are always friendly.

I have been working with the manager for the last few weeks. I've never seen someone more helpful and respectful than him. I really hope he finds me a house to rent. From his level of customer service to the attention to time and details. He's always on time. Which is definitely rare. He even entertained my kid at a showing while explaining the whole process to me. He listened and showed me other properties that I did not know they had. Sams Property Management Co is the way to go keep them on your team.
Sam and his team were amazing. First off, just an incredibly pleasant guy, who made the whole rental process easy and seamless.
