I wish we would've seen the prior review before contracting with this company. We hired them to fix the units in a rental property, so we weren't onsite. They needed to replace filters and hoses, which my husband approved over the phone. We were later hit with a 777 bill...for filters and hoses. We were outraged by how excessive this bill was. I even had another company review the bill which stated what was done and they agreed that it was unreasonable, especially in relation to the number of labor hours charged on the job. Sass Moore refused to adjust the bill since my husband approved the repair, however we were never told that they planned to charge almost 800 for a simple job. We will never use them again and I advise anyone reading this to choose ANYONE but them.

What a nightmare. Rude tech, rude customer service from the receptionist. They didn't fix anything and stuck me with a ridiculous bill.
