EDIT: Not sure if their speedy reply was because of my review or they've been catching up on e-mails and got back to me. But a refund was issued and they made it right by offering to send my friend another gift card. Hopefully this one arrives. Due to this, I'm updating my review from 1 star to 4. Sad this is a last resort. I bought a gift card online that never arrived. I reached out to customer service to help me and they told me they'd send a replacement (that also never arrived). This is on going since January and it's now April. They will no longer reply to my e-mails for a refund or an alternative.

Pretty cool place..if you're looking for atmosphere and a big place to hang with your friends, you may want to go elsewhere . There is a lumpy couch that has your name on it. And expect the local police to make frequent drink runs here. I said 'hi' to a few today who were on their police laptops smirking as a customer made their drink order.
Always good service. Only had a bad experience once, they used old taro powder and it was super rubbery texture. Or could have been a rubber housing from blender. Idk, didn't want to find out and threw it away.
I love Sencha Tea Bar because they have so many options and very kind staff! Very covid-safe environment as well; only four customers allowed in store at a time.
I thought it was somewhat overpriced for how it tastes and the size.. But good location and the emoloyees were helpful. I usually go to indigo tea in burnsville and its alot tastier and affordable there.
