Tech came within the hour and was very nice. He followed codes explained the problem and used the proper parts unlike the last guy who just went to Home Depot for cheap parts. I was shocked how much cheaper they are then those guys in the orange vans and other LLCs. Their price was more than half as much for the same repair with quality parts. Will use again and refer.
Left a voicemail and got a call back within minutes. Had the repair completed quickly, and educated me on future and maintenance. Highly recommend!
Chris from Signature Plumbing came to install a new toilet and vanity. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and positive. He found an issue with an old pipe and expertly problem solved it while explaining everything he was doing. We would definitely call them again if we need a plumber.
We bought a dishwasher through Lowes, and Signature Plumbing was the contractor to install it. Chris was our plumber, and he was impressive! He was concerned with the house, beyond the installation, like how well the drainage was done and how level everything was, he just wanted to do it all right. It mattered to him that it was done right, and yet, he did it all so quickly because he knew exactly what he was doing. He's got a great personality, knows his stuff, cares about your home and the job, and is clearly a perfectionist in the best way. We won't be using anyone else going forward. Great work, Chris. (Also, our dogs say hi!)
