Was looking for something to do for myself and found Sol space. Absolutely love it! I had never done yoga before and decided to start in January. Best thing I ever did for my mind and body. The class is about yourself and doing what you can do with your body and its limits, everyone is different. There is no judgement so you feel very comfortable in the class. All the teachers are great and will help modify the poses to your skill level. Absolutely love Mary Henry’s Gentle Flow class Saturday mornings. But honestly I have enjoyed all the teachers I have experienced there. Definitely worth trying out!

Sol Space features wonderful and patient instructors that really help to individualize each practice. This is a great place to try out different types of yoga. Many class options and times are very convenient. They have many payment options and are very supportive of all.

This place is so amazing! I took my kiddos here and they had a blast! It was very relaxing and a fun family experience. Would definitely recommend!
Non - judgemental instructors and very inviting atmosphere. Many different types of Yoga classes offered.
