Steve is easy to work with, easy to get on the phone, very knowledgeable (best I can tell), and he and his team work really quick (again, best I can tell) when it's time to start the loan process rolling. They worked diligently (best I can tell) to lock a rate in at the right time, and I got a great interest rate. He was also patient, as I spent months trying to find a house I actually wanted, with a house or two even falling through in offer negotiations. Made sure I was aware of what was going on, and what I needed to do on my end. If I have any related questions, months after buying, I'm confident he's still willing and able to help out.
