Great place to work. HR was very informative during orientation. So far so good.
The Managers there were all white, mostly they did nothing. They support pushing women in difficult area's of the department while the guys do simple work. It's really racially motivated as well, in Georgia it's very diverse and Texas as well, I feel if you are a manager you should be willing and with knowledge able to do the work you ask of others.There were some guys of color from Chicago and Detroit who knew the job and worked really hard consistently but we're not acknowledged,it seemed the managers were threatened instead of joyous. I was really surprised by this from Target especially since majority of sales and money spent comes from people of color. I have an Aunt with Target in Georgia,and she was appalled at stories I shared with her...Target should be mindful of showing favoritism in higher positions in certain States,when other races have the talent and skills to do as well or better,but for equal pay!
This just breaks my heart to come on here and have to make a review about how this big huge Distribution center is still up and running, jeopardizing all of them employees lives and to fulfill there own personal and financial obligations. I have several friends who are working there and they say that it has been a Covid case there in Woodbury and fridley and they have yet to have the rest of the employees quarantine for 14days just because they may have come in contact with that employee. I will be reporting to the news later.

Covid 19 outbreak
It's March first and I have not received my W-2 in order to do my taxes. I have gone to my former place of seasonal employment to speak with HR but they apparently work bankers hours and I do not. I have left voice mails to the HR number provided from the more than helpful security guard with no reply. In my opinion, being a 24 hour shop/store, this is unacceptable.
