This is a very Two sided Visit To this establishment . All but one of the Employees were extremely helpful. I was in the store for about 1 hour total. I walked in not Wearing a mask, And was helped by all the employees not Wearing one . All cheerful and very polite. But when I was checking out, the Cashier Ask for a ID check on me . I had forgotten When I pulled out My driver's license That it had torn piece of paper with The character \Slowpoke Rodriguez\ On it Barely hanging on .. I told the Cashier that she could tear it off the rest of the way. She did not. A man came to the check out from the back And Was given my ID . The only thing he said to me was If I have a mask . To which I replied no . He then told me that he cannot sell to me due to me not having a mask on, because it is mandated by the state For any sales, The buyer has to have A mask on . Regardless of what I had to say and how wrong he is , The only thing This Person had to say was to order online than. He than told me he'll allow me to buy it today but only because it's slow, but for future reference I have to wear a mask. I told him, I won't wear one, and I won't Be buying from this place again. He than told me my ID IS NOT valid, and that's what stopped the purchase. I Reiterated Once again , my ID is valid , That I told the cashier that she or I could tear the rest off That it was barely hanging on And you could see all the information you needed . When you employ Power hungry People Who have no actual knowledge of what is, it shows a lot about the company . Once again my ID was/is valid and this is about being disrespected and looked down on by arrogant employees.

Please avoid Sarah, Cashier # 37926!! Store # 1604 Woodbury MN 55125 Sarah thought I was less than 6 feet apart from customer in front of me in line. The Man in front of me didn't feel the same way, I told Sarah if he's not complaining why should you complain. She said cause that's my job to let customers know to keep 6 feet apart from each other. I told her yes and your job is also to ring me up so I can pay and get out of here Mrs. Covid-19 police. She replied with a \I have the right to refuse service\ I told her yes you do and go ahead. She didn't, so she gave me my receipt and told me to take my business elsewhere, like she's the owner of this store. I felt really uncomfortable and sad at the same time, I have been shopping at Total Wine since 2015 and this was my first time experiencing something like this. I really hope they reach out to me and we can continue to do business, and I sure will change my rating. 01/27/21 5:03pm

I always get great service here. The selection is just wild to me. There's everything... even a decent selection of fairly good Sake. Tonight I just spent an hour with the absolute joy that is Zak. If you want wine demistified, this is your man. I'm the sort of person that the science behind certain processes actually helps me understand why I like the wine that I like, & gives me ideas into other wines I would like. I've been sitting on some questions about Port for a few years, and he was able to hone in on my vague description and get me started! Incredibly helpful! I've got a bunch of new reds, champagnes, whites, & port to try out. I had a lower price point to look for some regulars to keep stocked in the house, & he definitely worked to understand my taste, my budget, & my purpose. Thank you Zak!

if I can't find my husband, I now know where to start my search. With a million IPA'S to look through, you could stay all day and still not look at them all. Many helpers on the floor can help guide you to whatever you may be looking for. They are very knowledgeable and helpful! Thanks Total Wine! You guys rock!
