My initial phone contact was with a professional women who was able to quote a price verbally, followed by an email confirmation and then schedule pickup all within a few minutes.Two young men arrived on time to remove a large refrigerator from a ground floor utility area. It turned out to be more work than originally thought as the unit wouldn’t fix through the basement door requiring the removal of the refrigerator door. They carried the refrigerator without using a dolly so there was virtually zero mess. The men were polite, didn’t complain about the addition work or ask for additional money. I highly recommend this company.

Every time I spoke with someone at TRU Rubbish, it was a good experience. They were friendly and professional! The people that came to my home were also great! They moved quickly and neatly and got the job done in no time at all! Their price was very reasonable and they showed up exactly when they said they would--with a 30 minute warning call as well! I will use them again for sure!

Clarrissa responded quickly to my request in a very professional manner. She provided all the additional information I requested and explained there process thoroughly. I had to add and remove items from the quote and that process went very smoothly and she provided a new quote a couple of times. She also followed up with me to make sure there were no missed communications. She was very helpful and patient which meant a lot to me as I was going through a big transition. The price was fair and the gentleman that came to pick up the items was friendly, quick and professional. I would recommend Tru Rubbish Removal to friends and family with no hesitation.
