The employees are clueless. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to pick up one photo that was ready hours ago because no one could find it.

I put an order online and for some reason the photos were printed in AZ and shipped to the store a week later for pick up. There were only 6 pictures for print. The store didn't even call me the photos were ready (the email specifically said to not go in until they called you). Never again.

I was on hold for 10 minutes, then was transferred between the standard customer service helpline, and back to photo. After 25 minutes on my phone, I finally gave up with know resolution.
