I herniated my L4 and L5 discs in 1978. I have a patient of Dr. Pistilli at Woodbury Chiropractic for many years as I continue with Chiropractic maintenance. I visit monthly for maintenance adjustments. These loosen my spine , back and neck and reduce or eliminate any pain. I have also been shown daily exercise to keep reduce or eliminate pain from daily activity. I was also provided with methods to loosen my hip joints to eliminate pain when walking. I refuse to have surgery and have found a Chiropractic maintenance to be a great way to reduce pain and continue my life with minimal if any pain. Monthly maintenance visits along with recommended exercises keep my pain at a minimum, and I am pain free much of the time. If I overdue yard work or other work I use recommended exercises until I can get in for maintenance.
