Fantastic. Dr. Vergoshe and his grandson Dr. Vergoshe and Tom the vet assistant is as wonderful as they come. My cat galaxy will only let Tom and no one else handle her. Kudos to you guys!

Was scheduled for an appointment for Sunday even though I said I needed it for tomorrow (Monday), it seems as though there was miscommunication due to her having to call me back. But when I didn’t come later that day Sunday, I get a call from them asking where I am and I stated that I had wanted the appointment for Monday since it was snowing and bad driving conditions, I never agreed to come in that day. After some type of rude remark the lady hangs up the phone on me. I call back to figure out what even just happened and she angrily explains that they had their driveway plowed just for me to come (even though she misunderstood when I was trying to make the appointment in the first place). After confirming that I am not coming today but would still like to get the shots tomorrow she says to me word for word “we don’t care about tomorrow go somewhere else”. So long story short if there is a miscommunication they blame you, give you an attitude and then refuse you and your pet. Luckily there’s like a million other veterinary practices around, so I will do just that and go somewhere else. (I understand the frustration of what happened but very unprofessional how it was handled).
