Horrible waited 35 minutes after my appointment time. Even tho I came early for her to say my phone is fine and to restore it. I’ve tried that and the phone crashes/ over heats still. Also told me there’s no set price to replace screen on my new MacBook? Needs to be there over 24 hours for an estimate and that I need another appointment to do so???? Stay away save your time and sanity

Old school store, pretty small and comfy. Apple is always busy and this location is not exemption I think by this time we all know that you need a reservation for the Genius Bar and if you worry about your photos you better backup even before you enter the doors.

Thanks for nothing Chris. As a manager your responsibility is customer satisfaction, to which I received none. I was refused help in setting up a new 600 phone. I was told, call support and they will call me back at a selected time, well, the first available support appointment is in two days. TWO DAYS!! UNACCEPTABLE!! Stop using the pandemic as an excuse.

It was very unpleasant store visit today. Very pushy security staff met us at the door. Those people have no idea how to behave. Simple politeness was forgotten.
