I cannot praise this surgery highly enough. I have had ongoing health issues and with lots of patience and encouragement, I feel like a new woman. The whole team have been amazing and I’m thrilled that I am a patient at this wonderful practice.. I have not had one negative experience to date. But please remember everyone. They are humans, just like us and if they are having an off day-( as do we all) Give them some slack. I have not experienced this myself at all and have only been treated with the utmost respect and kindness, but I have read one negative report and was highly surprised..... but as I say, we are all allowed to be a little grumpy on the odd occasion. I just say” Well done Tasburgh Lodge Team”

I've been to this surgery on many occasions and some of the doctors are very good. DR.Wadopps and DR.Matthews are the best they listen to your concerns and they help you with your medical issues but some of the other medical staff aren't as helpful. They have nurse called Jill there that I went to see with hand and wrist issues. I told her they were giving me extreme pain and that I'd had the pain for over 2 weeks ... her advice was go home and have paracetamol. The following night I had to go to A&E cause the pain was so bad ... I would still suggest this surgery for most people because they have a good call back system and the receptionist and dispensary staff are more than helpful. Just choose your doctor wisely when you do go there for a medical concern.
