Prices are pretty high, they drop them only for regular customers. Normally rude. I don't care if you're bored out of your skull and not smart enough to do anything but retail, you can still be polite. I've been a hundred times, only 3 or 4 times has someone been working that is willing to help. And don't bother expecting them to call you when your part comes in, that takes effort.
