By far one of the best postal service locations to date. The staff is courteous and friendly. They make you feel at home and are willing to work with you and find a way to best ship a package or help you receive one. During the holidays they also offer to receive your packages so that they don't sit on the doorstep for thieves. This business has also been very involved in the community which is refreshing. The location is run by a Veteran and sponsors a lot of events such as toy drives and raffles that benefit the community. They were awarded Woodlake Business of the Year, a well deserved dedication for their continued service to the community offering postal, fax, notary, paper shredding, and mailbox rentals.

Their name says it all! They've gone postal. I brought in a 30,000 medical wound vac & mailed off with a postage paid return label. The clerk lacked any public social skills. However, he did provide me with a tracking # / drop off receipt. Customers beware! The receipt has a disclaimer stating they are free from any liability due to loss or damage (which I noticed after the fact). I received a letter from the medical company asking about & for their medical wound vac. When I entered my tracking #, there was No trace of it!!! So I called "GOIN' Postal"...the clerk sounded stoned...did not know how to or bother to look for my tracking #. He had no information about who;what; when; where or why. I became upset because he did not know Who they turn over their packages to? Or where it disappeared to. I finally got a hold of competent people who 'really' work for UPS & the tracked the delivery. Now I am puzzled because it was supposed to be returned to Texas....Not Fresno! This has ruined mine & my husband's day & it better not ruin our credit....uugghh

What a great place! Fast, affordable service, however, it’s the good people who work there that make all the difference. My wife’s tire went flat driving by and she pulled in. The owner came out and personally changed it for her. A blessing to the community, 100%.
