Was nice and clean BUT partiers in hallway were yelling and loud until 3 am, was woke up repeatedly and police showed up twice. One time they were searching building for someone. Didn't feel too safe here. No access to water other than tap and vending machines WITH water and soft drinks were EMPTY. Front counter lady responded that the hotel didn't fill the vending machines (duh). Here's the thing, there's no lenience regarding wearing your mask while in the common areas and you cannot use the pool area unless there is just two of you, due to limits by CDC..BUT there were so many people in some of the rooms it was clear that they were stuffed full of people partying and the staff was fully aware but blind to it. People kept going in and out of these rooms. What a joke. Pool and hot tub were cold too.

Staff is usually helpful, nothing over the top. Only place around with pool open during COVID, just have to make an appt in the time slot and only an hour. Noon check out is nice, coffee at front desk 24/7

My husband and I have stayed in so many hotels in this past year all during this very hard time that we are facing. We have stayed in roughly 20 give or take. Never have we had an experience like we have here. They really set the example for all hotels and others should take from their preventive routines. For one, when we arrived we were greeted with excellent customer service from Yuki. She was very happy and on top of things. Any questions we had she was 3 steps ahead and taken care of it already. She informed us of the pool and spa hours. We were very confused being that every hotel we have been to we were unable to use the facilities. She let us know that there was a sign up sheet and guests can sign up for a 50 minute private experience for up to 5 people in their party. The purpose of which was so the facilities could be used and there was enough time for the next guests to go in before they sanitize. She also gave us a sheet to order breakfast and they had a choice of three different options for food and beverages. They were all packed already in sack lunch form. In addition we added a time that we would be picking up the food. All this to be proactive and preventive for ourselves and other guests. When we told her we had a service animal she knew exactly what question to ask. I was surprised and fumbled on my words a bit because only one other person has asked me that at a hotel. "What service do they provide? " I can't express what a beautiful and well thought out wonderful experience we had just within the first 10 min. Completely forgot to add that she told us that new guests have priority on pool hours. Can't say enough thank you Yuki.

Awful business. I had reservations but had to cancel due to ice storm. Corporate central office said I wouldn't be charged but the local hotel billed me anyway. I was LIED to by the corporate office. Bad service. Conflicting info from the company. No sympathy for deadly weather complications. I will never return. Management seems happy to keep my money and lose customers. It's the worst feeling! Absolutely awful experience!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure you take your own towels if you are renting the suite with the jetted tub. As the front desk people will not give out towels...i was a little upset by this. We even took the dirty ones up to exchange them. ..oh and don't forget to fill out your breakfast form when you check in because they won't give you that bag food if you didn't. They are pretty rude and the hotel need to be remodled. It's old and you can see the wear and tear on the carpets and patched jetted tubs..other than that I had a great time.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Jessica was especially terrible. I hope she was fired. Very unprofessional caused us unforgettable emotional damage. Ruined our wedding night.

Easy access to and from I-5. Set back off the frontage road. Will be back again soon.

We were not very happy with the service because supposedly it all has to do with the Corona virus situation. I don't care what kind of situation it is people do not have to be rude to you. They should try and accommodate you to the best of their ability and not sit there and argue with you and tell you you can't do this and you can't do that but we can do this for you and we can do that but that wasn't that at all. Never go there again I guarantee it not the one in woodland at least. Sorry that's the way it goes.
