I wanted a car wash, so I topped off my tank and paid at the pump. The car wash doors were open and the payment went fine. I drove over there only to find a cone in the way. So I went inside and asked for a refund. The woman working there did not want to give it to me. She starting asking questions like, how often are you here? Where do you live? Telling me the code is good for two weeks. I told her I just wanted a refund, I wanted a car wash today, not sometime in the next couple of weeks. I asked how could I tell if the car wash was open or not. She said the doors would be open. The doors are open today and the car wash is closed. It took about 7 - 8 minutes for me to get my 6.50 back. I won't go there again.

Lived in woodland for 20 years and all I can say is this chevron has the worst car wash and customer serrvice of anyone I have ever been too. Avoid this place if you can.

Car wash has been broken for over a year, one side of the dryer does not and has not worked. Today the entire assembly was shaking and got stuck and wasnt moving on the car in front of us. We finally finally got a refund but the lady said nothing was wrong with it, they had no plans to get it fixed and not going to tell people about it. Got our refund and going elsewhere from now on.
