Appointment was 3pm. Showed up early 2:30pm. was told to come back at 3 and was assigned a door and told to wait for loader to come get paperwork’s. 3 hours later still not loaded. Now I’m not going to make my delivery time. Even the broker had to call them. Do not wish to come back here.
Trailer axle over weight nd they want me to go to Portland for scale when I had scale on my trailer Supervisor said we don’t care \u200d️. Then they took 3 hours to unload but unable to adjust weight
There are no other trucks in docks at all... just me... been here in door for 3hrs so far... they haven't started unloading yet. Wonderful place!
