If I could give Cranston a 0 I would. They were marvelous at promise things upfront and telling us how fantastic it would be because they are local and will be able to service the building. However, when it came to getting things done, providing services promised to make sure simple things were done to spec, dropping the ball on things like lining the interior, and ordering adequate materials it was one nightmare after another. We finally, had to hire our own engineering firm just to inspect the building to make sure it was to code. To be honest we probably could have gotten the steel cheaper and then just subbed out the install and inspections ourselves which was going to be my original choice until the slick salesman Mike at Cranston talked me out of it.
