Well maintained. Actually a beautiful neighborhood for a mobile home residential area. Beautiful homes, friendly people everywhere.
It would be a 5 star but they need to add a basketball court!
Management was good. Recently management is strict on minor things. I foresee prices going up again due to all the upgrades being done. Edit: As you can see from the management response , they are more confrontational. I come to visit friends that live here, I am not a tenant. They have become strict about street parking, even when sitting in the vehicle waiting for someone. Yet when it is the community center with a party, it's triple blocked sometimes. But that's ok. It's only the single entrance and exit to the trailer park, I'm sure they think about our safety. Thanks Adrian.
Very nice place
The new management is great they are really doing a great job on cleaning up the park and making it a great place to live.
